Terms of Service

Booked is an online application to track and manage fines within a (sports) team. Functionality may change from time to time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your login details and your team's player code confidential.

You will not use the service for unlawful purposes and will not enter other people's data unless you are entitled to do so.

There is a free plan and a paid plan (Squad). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider Stripe.

Bruins Software falls under the Dutch small-business scheme (KOR) and therefore does not charge VAT. Prices are in euros.

We do our best to keep the service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Bruins Software's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the damage. We are not liable for indirect damages.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You may stop your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of abuse or breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
